Manage the vault owner's key: move the vault to a new owner key (rotate), or make and read the key an owner opens the vault with on this host (key mint, key show).

Manage the vault owner's key: move the vault to a new owner key (rotate), or make and read the key an owner opens the vault with on this host (key mint, key show).
Required inputs and options#
- A verb, rotate or key, then that verb's arguments, as its page names them.
Output and state effects#
- Runs the verb: owner rotate rewraps the vault onto a new owner, owner key mints or shows an owner key in this keyring.
Refusals#
- No verb, or a verb owner has no form for, exits 2 with `owner <words> is not a form of owner; usage: skarbiec owner rotate <new-owner-uid> | owner key mint <uid> | owner key show <uid>`, before anything is read.
