Put an owner-controlled item back as it was: restore a trashed item to the live inventory, or with --at make the historical revision recorded at <at> its new current revision.
Invocation#

Put an owner-controlled item back as it was: restore a trashed item to the live inventory, or with --at make the historical revision recorded at <at> its new current revision.
Required inputs and options#
- Requires one item id. --at takes the exact timestamp of a historical revision.
Output and state effects#
- Without --at, changes the item from trash to active state; with --at, restores that encrypted historical payload as the current version. Either way prints { ok: true }.
Refusals#
- Refuses direct owner acquisition (or, with --at, rotation) of lifecycle-controlled items, and fails when the item cannot be restored or no revision matches <at>. With --at, stored tags that are not a list of text are refused rather than dropped from the restored revision. A missing id exits 2.
