Invocation#

skarbiec emergency grant <grantee> --activate-after <iso8601>

Purpose#

Create a pending time-delayed emergency access record for one registered recipient.

Required inputs and options#

• Requires a grantee and --activate-after timestamp.

Output and state effects#

• Stores pending emergency metadata, saves the vault, appends the emergency-grant audit entry, and prints ok, grantee, and activation time. It does not share items yet.

Refusals#

• Returns status blocked with reason unknown_recipient when the grantee is not registered.
