skarbiec emergency help

Purpose#

Show the emergency access subcommands: record, list, cancel and activate a time-delayed grant.

Required inputs and options#

• No required input; `skarbiec emergency --help` prints the same inventory.

Output and state effects#

• Prints the emergency grant, list, cancel and activate inventory and the usage line. It changes no state.

Refusals#

• A call without a subcommand is refused with `emergency needs a subcommand; `skarbiec emergency help` lists them`, and any other subcommand with `unknown emergency command: <name>`.
