- No positional input or command-specific option.
Output and state effects#
- Prints the recipient subcommands with their usage and changes no state.
Refusals#
- recipient needs a subcommand; `skarbiec recipient help` lists them, and unknown recipient command: <verb>; `skarbiec recipient help` lists them (exit 2). The spellings it replaced (add-user, remove-user, users, export-key) answer unknown command: <name>; `skarbiec --help` lists every command.
