skarbiec credential help

Purpose#

Show the public persisted credential-lifecycle subcommands and their finite state/effect vocabulary.

Required inputs and options#

• No required input; omitting the subcommand is equivalent to help. --local selects direct ownership by this vault for supported administrative/operation paths.

Output and state effects#

• Prints all credential subcommands, usage, wire version, item states, and provider-effect states. It changes no state.

Refusals#

• Unknown subcommands are rejected; seal-directory, reseal, resolve-quarantine, and adopt explicitly refuse remote mode and require --local on the canonical host.
