Purpose#

Report the vault's recovery recipient and whether its secret half is present in this keyring.

Required inputs and options#

• No positional input or command-specific option.

Output and state effects#

• Prints recovery_fpr, secret_half_present_locally, an operational note, and item_count. It changes no state.

Refusals#

• A fingerprint alone is not treated as proof of recoverability; the command explicitly reports local secret-half absence and directs the operator to a drill.
