Invocation#

skarbiec emergency-activate <grantee>

Purpose#

Activate a due emergency grant by sharing every live item with its registered grantee.

Required inputs and options#

• Requires the grantee named by an existing emergency grant; current UTC time must be at or after activate_after.

Output and state effects#

• Re-encrypts each live item to include the grantee, marks the emergency record activated, appends audit, and prints shared item ids.

Refusals#

• Returns status not_yet before the chosen time, refuses a missing grant, and aborts rather than claiming activation when any required item cannot be safely rewritten.
